All prices are correct at time of printing and are Exclusive GST unless otherwise marked, prices may change without notice. In an effort to maintain competitive pricing, we suggest you call our customer service team for the latest prices.
Pricing may vary from time to time due to external forces outside of our control or specials we may offer or pass on from the manufacturer.
All Prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUS$) and are Exclusive of GST and without delivery costs.
Payment is greatly appreciated via the following methods:
- Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Paypals, American Express
- Funds Transfer ( transfer bank fee/charges at remitter's cost)
Lease finance can be arranged for capital items only through our finance partners. All lease documentation are to be signed and received by the finance company prior to delivery of goods.
Payment required before dispatch of goods.
Whiteley Diagnostic( Company) will not be responsible for performance or accuracy of custom orders.
Orders will be dispatched within 48 Hours of order confirmation/ payment.
Goods that are out of stock at time of ordering will be placed on back order and a customer service representative will contact you with expected delivery times.
All price quotes are in Australian Dollars (AUS$) and exclude freight costs, duties & taxes, customs clearance, bank transfer fees, internal land freight cost and any other costs incurred within the importing country.
Export orders will only be shipped complete( no back orders).
Payment required before dispatch of goods
Delivery charges are at additional cost on all orders except items back ordered from the original shipment. Export orders will only be shipped complete( no back orders).
Freight charges of capital items eg: treatment beds are charged at transport company rates.
Due to O,H & S standards we request that we are notified of difficult delivery sites eg: stairs, so we can provide appropriate resources. For difficult deliveries that incur additional resources, a surcharge will apply.
- Refund & Returns
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item had they known about it.
- Is unsafe for use.
- is significantly different from the sample or description.
- If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time we will offer a replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase - eg: Receipt, Tax Invoice.
No returns accepted after 30 days from date of invoice.
All claims for damage or short supply must be made within 3 days or receipt of goods. An Authorized Returns Number (ARN) must be obtained from customer service and returned together with a proof of purchase (invoice) to ensure processing of claim.
All goods must be returned in the original packaging and in a clean, new condition.
No returns accepted on modified, custom built, products special order in.
Cost of return freight is at the customers expense.
A 25% restocking fee maybe incurred on special buy-in products or items no longer wanted.
Due to hygiene concerns some items may not be returnable.
All goods are supplied with the original manufacturers warranty per the warranty statement issued in the products user manual.
On consumable or perishable products a limited warranty applies.
Warranties cover parts and materials used in the manufacture of the product.
Warranties will not apply to defects resulting from improper use, operator error, use outside of manufacturers specifications and the limits of products intended use, if proper maintenance and cleaning has not been maintained. Service, labour and parts furnished by someone other than an authorised service dealer.
Please contact customer service for any service repairs. Small items are to be returned at customers cost to our workshop for repair. Please provide a detailed description of the product to be serviced and fault.
For field service, our customer service department will co-ordinate an authorized service technician to call to your premises.
Repair costs will be charged at an hourly rate plus parts used and any freight costs incurred.

- Force Majeure
Whiteley Diagnostic (the company) shall not be liable for any failure to perform the contracts or supply any goods or materials; or for any delays or non deliveries due to strikes, fires, explosions, floods, riots, civil unrest, military unrest, lockouts, injunctions, interruptions in manufacturing or transport, accidents, inability to obtain supplies, war, government action, or any other circumstances beyond the companies control.
